Help! I am a virgin Xmas cake maker. I am doing Nigella's recipe from the Feast book. The recipe says bake at 150 for 3-3.5hrs. I have just checked after 2 and the skewer is coming out clean and it is firm to the touch. Do I take it out now or trust the recipe and leave it for the full 3 hours??? Gaaaahh!! So want to get this right!
