Help! Can anyone please advise the best way to ice lettering on to a cake - melted chocolte or icing?

Just that please. I need to ice some lettering on to fondant and would be grateful for advice as to the easiest method.

Pipe it on using a bag and nozzle, or you can even buy ready made icing in a tube that comes with a nozzle to. I don't think the White ones are very white though!
