the Twig is right.

I do 25 minutes at 180 degrees, not wrapped in foil . (just to confuse the issue!)

berrycherry · 29/09/2006 17:53

if wrapped in foil they are more succulent.

I cooked one too many, let it cool and put it in the fridge, it was lovely for dc's sandwiches the next day

Blu · 29/09/2006 18:02

Don't they go a bit dry, DadOnMN? Or do you coat them in something?

aDAdOnMumsnet · 29/09/2006 21:30

oh sorry ages to reply - no dont go too dry. Bit of olive oil and seasoning.

SoMuchToBits · 29/09/2006 21:31

Olive oil, seasoning and WINE should stop them from drying out!

Breasts are rubbish (too dry and not much flavour) try thighs. Thighs are fab but agree wine and foil are food.
