I can still get the 4OD showing of the "Comfort Food" episode when he did the osso bucco with saffron risotto, but the recipe has dropped off the website sometime in the last few days, crucially with the full list of ingredients and quantities!
Can't find any other link to it either, don't suppose any one has the ingreds/basic cooking instructions do they please?
