Hi all,

We are having a simple pasta bake for dinner tonight and I have ended up making some extra pasta sauce... it's basically roasted veg with tomatoes. Can I freeze and use it later during the week ?

Thanks Smile

should be okay (texture of veg may change a bit though)

Of course you can. You just open the freezer and place it in.

Why would you think you couldn't freeze pasta sauce? But if you are planning on using it later in the week, it should be okay for 3-4 days just in the fridge.

Thanks all !

Funky this may come as a surprise, but I am not used to freezing g a lot of food. We usually cook fresh and I have just started exploring batch cooking to save time... so don't have a clue about what can and cannot be frozen safely blush
