Ideas for meals to cook, freeze and then reheat

I'm looking at sending 19mo dd to a nurseet that don't provide meals but they're willing to defrost and reheat anything you send in so I'm looking for ideas of what to make, she eats well generally and loves pasta, potato, meat and fish so any help would be gratefully received Smile

I would just make extra portions of your usual family meals rather than cooking her lunches separately. Lasagne, pasta baked, roast dinners, shepherds' pie, fish pie, stew .... Most things freeze well to be honest.
