I would normally oven roast them with lemon and honey but I fancy something different tonight.

Any ideas would be most welcome Smile

Try grated ginger, soy, honey, OJ and five spice.
Or rosemary, garlic and olive oil.
Or smoky paprika with lemon and garlic
Or yoghurt and tandoori spice marinade then baked.
Or simmer until cooked then toss in well seasoned flour and shallow fry for southern chicken style.

Chorizo, chunks of peppers, new potatoes and drumsticks all in pan and roast.

I buy the maggi or Schwartz packets with the bag and seasoning, they do all kinds of flavours, I like the balti flavour, mix in a pack of Mediterranean vegetables, 2 cups of rice and 1 cup of water, the chicken juices make up the rest of the juice, stick in the oven for an hour, bobs yer uncle

Soy, honey, ginger, curry powder and roast. Serve with rice with chopped coriander and chopped roasted peppers (cheapo jar) stirred through.

Made this yesterday:

I used little drummies, but I would think larger ones would work too. Used Nandos sauce on the ones for DH and I and just salt and pepper for the DSs. They were really good and crispy.

I'd do a Mediterranean casserole thingy with chicken courgette, tomatoes, aubergine, potatoes, onion, seasoning and lemon juice. Oven bake and serve with crusty fresh bread yum!
