Ha Ha - I've already been doing that everything I walk in the kitchen - wish it would finish cooling and I could shove it away in the fridge out of temptations way!

I love it in pitta bread with chilli sauce and salad, like a kebab. You can heat it in oven or microwave with a bit of liquid to keep it moist. Shepherds pie, if you have plenty is another idea.

I had a 2kg joint and we've eaten less than half, so there is loads - quite fancy a curry but the kebab sounds good.

I don't "do" soup unfortunately - especially broth :(

Thanks for the suggestion though - my DH would love it! :)

Tagine?

Chuck in a pot with ras el hanout, chopped toms, chick peas and drird apricots. Serve with cous cous.

Yum
