How much Camp coffee essence in place of instant coffee?

I have a recipe I am planning on making this weekend for dessert (Hairy Bikers' Mud Pie).

One of the ingredients listed is "100ml strong coffee, cooled, or Camp coffee essence". I have Camp coffee essence but have never used it before - how much should I use?

DH suggested it means 100ml Camp essence as well, but surely not?

1 - 2 tablespoons should be ok.

Is there a website for it with recommendations?

I seem to remember my dm putting 1 tbsp in a 2 egg cake to make a coffee cake.
