I'm just getting my slow cooker out again for the start of school again!

Do you think you could make honey chilli beef in slow cooker?

I'm worried as there not much sauce with it so don't want it to dry up! Am not what you would call an expert on the slow cooker!

Also I was going to use the following recipe, I've just made it up so what else could I add?

Steak slices
Onion
Peppers
Carrot
Spring onions

For sauce
Sweet chilli, have no idea how much
Spoonful honey
Ginger
Soy sauce
Pinch sugar

Any hope this will taste edible?

TBH these are ingredients I would stir fry, not slow cook . . . the veggies would be well mullered in the slow cooker. If you do go ahead, you'd deffo need some more liquid (stock maybe??)

What about a Greek Stifado (beef, onions, wine, cinnamon etc etc). www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/624633/beef-stifado
