Can't see on packaging whether one will be enough ... This is for bakewell tart. Can anyone help, will save me having second defrosted pack to use up .... Thank you!

Is it 500g? I use 200 g flour 100 g butter to make enough pastry for a 23 cm quiche tin. And 259g flour 125g butter for same size pie (so with top). So I think you will be fine
