I am looking for a recipe for sugarpaste that doesn't include gelatine. I have tried making one using vegegel which is a vegetarian gelatine but this didn't work at all - I was left with a sticky mess.
I really want to master making this from scratch instead of buying it too much time on my hands but I need to master it this week ready to make DDs birthday cake figurines for next week!
Could you share your recipes please?
