I'm sure I've read before what is the best way but I can't remember, perhaps water? (crosses fingers for it being vodka though!)

Very slightly moist too I think?

Can anyone else help? Tia

I just use a bit of water on my finger, just enough to make the fondant sticky rather than wet

No idea if that's the correct way but it works

Just spray or brush a bit of boiled water on, just enough to make the surface tacky. I've just done the same myself an hour ago.

Oh, make the fondant wet? That's makes much more sense! I've been making the rice paper wet, no wonder it hasn't worked - what a pebble :-)

Thank you.
