Annabel Karmel's sweet and sour sauce

I batch cook for DD and made her the S&S chicken the other day. Made enough sauce for DP and me...OMG. Lush.

I'm really not a fan of S&S usually, but I am a convert. Although will never, ever buy a pre-made sauce again.

I don't like sweet and sour. Might try this though as kids and husband do. We are doing lots of cooking these holidays with the kids as they both love it and there are always tasks appropriate for both the 6 year old and the 3 year old so they get along together brilliantly. Thanks for the tip!
