Heston Blumenthal cook book - which one has the best pictures?

I want to get DS 16 a cook book by his hero, but notice that many of his recent books have lots of text.

Which ones have inspiring pictures?

Neither of the two books I have have particularly inspiring photos (In search of perfection and Heston at home).

However Heston at home is a brilliant book, great reading and not all the recipes require laboratory equipment. It would definitely make a lovely gift for a fan.

I agree the photos aren't great, but the books are all a good read nonetheless. There's also a "family" book which is interesting, and has lots of little experiments in it - no pictures at all though.
