What am I going to do with my breasts?

I've got chicken breasts out for tea but what on earth am I going to do with them? Inspire me please. Have, potatoes, rice, sweet potatoe, parsnip, carrots, ? onion. Normal store cupboard stuff. Someone please help me

Have you garlic and lemon or lime juice or fruits? In whcih case smear your breasts with crushed garlic and plenty of juice and black pepper, then fry in minimum of oil. When you turn them over apply more garlic and juice etc. When cooked put aside to keep warm (a covered dish in a very low oven works well) and fry the sweet potatoes in the same pan so that they pick up the juices. You could either cook the SPs first and then fry the mash, or peel them and slice and fry them raw until cooked, in which case you might need to add a little water. Serve SPs and chicken together with rice and a green veg.

This one - it needs mushrooms though, but you could use onions instead? (I'm not v good at improvising!)

Try rubbing your breasts with tabasco sauce and do a kind of salsa with tin of tomatoes and some pitta pockets.

ursulatheseawitch that looks really nice have addedit to my favourites for next time.

This is what i've done, not a clue whether it will be nice or not. sealed chicken breasts, threw a few mushrooms in tin, put pineapple pieces inside breasts added to pan, coated with garlic and herbs, a bit of water and chopped sweet potatoe. will serve on bed of rice.

Will it be nice or a disaster? This is the question.
