I'm doing my best to avoid horrible, harmful over eating as I desperately want to lose weight, and have found that a wrap is a great lunch to keep me full all afternoon. Sandwiches/baguettes tend to sit in my stomach and make me feel stodgy. My favourite so far is a small amount of Turkey breast covered in fajita spice with onion, lettuce and a little bit of mayo.
Looking for some new ideas so I can keep up the good eating habit and save money when I go back to school in September by not buying lunch every day.
