Tell me your favourite rice/pasta salad recipes

I do a pasta one based on a Greek salad. Red onion, green olives, fresh tomato and sundried tomatoes cucumber, Feta. Drain the pasta over spinach so it wilts. Mix it all together and add lemon juice. Yum!

My favourite rice one is the Mary Berry "firey rice salad" - although my family and friends now refer to it as my rice salad!

I haven't been arsed able to get red rice, I just use basmati. Other than that, follow the recipe and it is super yummy. And will keep in the fridge for a few days. Can be eaten hot or cold.

Not really a salad but the vegetarian paella in plenty is absolutely lovely cold as a salad and very flavoursome, especially nice with feta cheese.
