Salmon fillets need cooking but no foil...

and cant be bothered to go out for some. How can I cook the salmon???

Pan fry
Bake in oven wihtout foil
Poach in microwave

It's very hard to ruin a salmon fillet.

put it on a plate over a pan of boiling water (simmering) and cover with the pan lid or another plate. Takes around 15 minutes, maybe more. Or fry.

Non sitck frying pan with no oil.

Oven dish covered in sauce (even just tinned tomatoes with a bit of onion and garlic).

Used baking paper instead if you have any.

DP is doing some in the steamer tonight.

And my favourite = poaching in the oven - just cover it with water.

Bung them in a microwaveable bowl all together. I add a bit of lemon/orange juice to flavour or you could use milk or a bit of water. It's quick too.
