What can I make with three small tins of evaporated milk?

I bought them to make fudge at Christmas, but ran out of time so it didn't get made. I want to try to use up some of the tins in my cupboard and these keep staring at me. What can I make with them? Don't really want to make fudge as don't like it that much myself!

Use them instead of cream/custard on puddings or fruit. Far superior to either IMO

Or you can dilute it in line with the instructions on the can and use it in place of fresh milk in things like Yorkshire puds or cheese sauce

Thanks Frontier, I'd never thought of diluting it and using in place of fresh milk - I'll look at the can.

Using instead of custard is a good way to use it up...and saves the effort of making custard. Thanks!

Mix it with normal milk to make the most delicious rice pudding.

Rice pud definitely, you'll never make it without again. Also delicious in baked chicken dishes.
Just a thought...are we talking evaporated milk or condensed milk?

Milk jelly mousse! Make up any jelly (I like lemon) with half the amount of water needed. Measure out the rest if the liquid needed from the evap milk & which it till frothy. Add the jelly, whisk again & put in the fridge.
Lovely fruity jelly mousse :)

Which = whisk! (Fat fingers!)

Milk jelly, haven't heard of that in years.
Nice added to liqueurs like Tia Maria and poured over ice-cream.

Thai curry, use instead of coconut milk, works really well, read it in a thai recipe somewhere ages ago.
