If you like brownies with no nuts, slightly undercooked and squidgy, even the next day, then these VERY expensive brownies are for you:
melt 250g of butter and 250g of choc in a bowl over boiling water.
then mix in a sep bowl with:
550g (!) caster sugar
5 beaten eggs
1tsp vanilla
100g plain flour
50 g SR flour
50 g cocoa
Bake 45 mins at 180
IMPORTANT - take out when firm but still looks slightly undercooked.
