please tell me your best sausage recipes for a bbq-meat and veggie

I would love to have tried and tested recipes for my new sausage maker. I want yo make 1 batch veggie and 1 batch meat-either lamb/beef/chicken but no pork. Would be great if the recipes were gluten free too so I could send some to MIL.

bumping for any ideas. is it just me or is the food forum quiet these days. used to be so active about a year ago when i was last on here!
