Stir fry recipe book - an easy one, please!

Can anyone recommend a good, stir-fry recipe book with fairly straightforward recipes please?

DP, who is a very basic and not very confident cook, wants to get into healthy, stir-fry eating - and is keen to do the cooking himself.

I'm quite happy to chuck various stuff into a wok (Grin), but he needs to see recipes.

So if anyone knows of an 'easy' stir fry recipe book, I will be forever grateful!

Many Thanks

I've got Ken Hom's Quick Wok which is a good basic guide. I don't have this, but looks like it might be good. He's not too complicated.

www.amazon.co.uk/My-Kitchen-Table-Stir-fry-Recipes/dp/1849901473/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1401893331&sr=8-2&keywords=ken+hom+quick+wok

I also like his Complete Chinese Cookbook which has more variety if your husband gets into it.

And if he want to take it more seriously, I highly recommed Fuschia Dunlop's Every Grain of Rice. Its not over complicated, but you would need a good chinese supermarket for a few of the more unusual ingredients.

We're having Chinese tonight - just as well as flicking through the recipe books is making me hungry Grin

Fuschia Dunlop is the best name I've heard in ages Smile

Ha ha! Great isn't it, Jiltedjohn? One for the name boards!

That sounds great! Thanks so much Minicooper. I'll definitely order KH's book.

Fuschia Dunlop sounds amazing, but I suspect DP will be a tad baffled for the mo - but I'll bear that in mind for the future!

I'd get the book from the library Fru just in case he doesn't get on with it Smile

Aw, it didn't cost that much. I think about four quid - and anyway I'd probably use it too, even if he doesn't.

And .... I've already ordered it from Amazon!!

But thanks for the thought Smile

I hope that I enjoy it too! DP's cooking, I mean.
