I have a glut of passion fruit. Tell me what to do with it!

Good old tesco substitutions! I thought it was 3 fruits, turns out it was 3 packs, so now I have 9.

Any suggestions please?

They're gorgeous. I also had loads of the filling left which I'm going to use as a filling for a sponge cake.

Passion fruit with greek yoghurt and maple syrup
Pavlova with passion fruit
Passion fruit ice cream

Failing that scoop the flesh out and freeze till you feel like using them.
