Does anyone have a good recipe for vegetarian koftas?

I like the vegetarian kofta curry that my local Indian takeaway make. Now as I don't get a takeaway all that often it'd be great if I could recreate it at home. It's described in the menu as:

"Our signature handmade vegetable bhajias, simmered in cream, cracked black pepper, cashew nuts, mustard seeds, coconut and fresh coriander."

And I've no clue what's in the vegetable bhajias!!!! So if anyone has a decent recipe I'd be delighted to try it put!!!!

How about this one here?
Cauliflower and onion make a nice combination for a bhaji.
Or grated courgette and potato with.

I can try to dig out my one, but mine is based on Iranian Kofta rather than Indian, which seems to be different if they're calling the balls bhaji's as the balls themselves are called kofta in Iran. I'll have a look anyway :)

You can buy Iranian versions in middle eastern shops, they come in tins.

Can't find my recipe but if you google "vegetarian kofta recipe" it comes up with some amazing looking Indian ones!

That one looks particularly good!

Tried googling it, but there were so many different ones!!

I wasn't too kean on those particular koftas funnily, even though I like paneer!

Thanks Pixie I'll have a look out for those,
