Cupcake icing nozzle for BIG swirls - Any recommendations please??

Hi there,

I've bought a few icing sets but none seem to have a nozzle I can use to make the big swirls you see in shops etc. I've attached a photo of the kind of swirl I'm after. Any recommendations on what to buy and where from would be gratefully received!

p.s. Would disposable plastic piping bags be better than the nylon-y ones?

Thank you...

Rusty, start out very simple, build up and your confidence will grow highly, I can see the difference what I was like 2 yrs ago and how much better I am now. Do research, look at you tube, buy books, ask loads of questions, no matter how stupid you think they , they aren't believe me.

Yrs YouTube and lots of good blogs about, fiddle about and have fun!

Oh and please tell me you are all messy bakers, you should have seen the state of my kitchen and dining rm table after making Oscar the grouch! I try to tidy ad I go... Oh and wear old clothes for an apron, I always end up with icing on me etc! My rocket dog boots are rather sparkly today after using the silver spray yesterday!

Dont be scared to try things, make mistakes its how we learn, I'm still learning, everyday if I do something, maybe next time it could be better, for me theres always room for improvement
