Best recipes for using up some of the Easter chocolate mountain?

So far we (me and dc) have thought of chocolate crispie cakes or refrigerator cake. There must be something more exciting we can make with it?

Maybe we're the only ones with chocolate left...

Your chocolate
a large box
wrapping paper
parcel tape
an address label
stamps

step one
place the eggs into the box

step 2
cover the box in the paper and seal with the tape

step 3
place the address label on the box and write the words that will come to you in a pm shortly

step 4
take the box to the post office and have it weighed before adorning it with stamps

step 5
hand it over to the person at the post office and walk away

Step 1: follow hecate's direction
Step 2: explain to dc what happened to their Easter eggs
Step 3: turn up at address received in pm begging for safe shelter from angry mob of dc with pitchforks and torches at home

Chop it up. Make chocolate chip cookie dough. Freeze in "logs" which you can slice up and bake when you need some cookies.

Alternatively just eat the cookie dough.

We still have a couple of eggs left but I'm eating them whenever I get the house to myself

Have found a use for all our smashed to bits chocolate bunnies and eggs. That are in plastic bags and look so horrible. Have been 'handled' so would rather cook it!
