How do you brown it? In roasting pan on hob in oil? Or do I have to get another pan dirty?

geekgrrl · 25/08/2006 16:02

I do... as well as sealing it, browning caramelises the surface apparently.

geekgrrl · 25/08/2006 16:02

yes, in roasting pan on hob.
