Half a tub of clotted cream - what to do with it.

I can't stand to throw food away. What can I make with it?

Just smear it on to spoons of good quality vanilla ice cream!

I would just get a spoon and eat it straight out of the tub. Or possibly dip a strawberry into it if you are on a diet

Or have it with scones and jam.

Well I've eaten all the scones.
I guess I could just put it on an apple crumble or some such.

freezer? I just did with a whole tub as I didn't get around to making scones last week.

Just eat it... but fudge is a pretty easy way to use up cream. (butter, cream, sugar, boil it up, then beat like crazy!)

Freeze it and make more scones. It freezes well. Also yes just melt it on a pudding.
