i made a lovely banana cake thought i would share with you all
10oz porride oats
6oz margarine
4oz brown sugar
3 tablespoons golden syrup
2 soft bananas mashed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2oz raisins
preheat oven 180c
melt marg in pan
add sugar and syrup
heat gently until sugar dissolves take off heat
add oats, raisins, cinnamon and banana
mix thoroughly
put mixture into a well greased swiss roll tin
bake for 20-25 mins
cool and cut into squares
