If I freeze a tub of yogurt will it go ice creamy??

It won't go like ice cream, but it will be divine. Especially if you don't freeze it for too long so it's not too solid. Haven't had a frozen yoghurt in years. Got some in the fridge though. Hmm... Excuse me a moment.

It will go very hard if it is left in the freezer for too long - much harder than ice-cream. So, if you don't want to eat it on the same day then you could put it in lollipop moulds so it's easier to eat.

Vanilla yoghurt with fresh berries in lollipop moulds is a favourite in this house.
