Can i freeze a cheese, leek and onion pasty?

In the Hairy Dieters cook book there is a recipe for cheese, leek and onions pasties that is made using bread mix not pastry. The recipe is for 8, which we won't eat in one go.

Can I freeze any that aren't eaten straight away and do I freeze them before or after cooking?

Thank you Smile

I'd freeze them before cooking (and before rising, if they need rising time, once assembled, as part of the recipe). That way they could rise as they defrost, iyswim...
