Hi - I make a red pepper sauce as an alternative when making my 12mo son chilli/spag bol/lasagne etc - he loves it (loves anything actually, so that's not an endorsement of my cooking skills) but I'd like to do something a bit different as it is quite rich so probably overpowers a lot of the other flavours.
Any ideas for a sauce where you would normally use tomato? It would be nice if it was a deliberate recipe rather than me just messing around with bizarre combinations in an effort to cobble something acceptable together!
