Veggie friends for dinner and I fancy making an Ottolenghi style feast - menu ideas please

My friend has requested something lentily. I've just found his lentils with grilled aubergines which looks delicious. What else though?

Not lentils but his caramelised garlic tart is yum!

Sorry, nothing lentilly to suggest, but today made the Chermoula aubergines from Jerusalem, and they were amazing.
Can also highly recommend the stuffed onions from Plenty.
Oh, and the conchiglie, peas and yoghurt from Jerusalem.
And the roast cauliflower, celery, hazelnut salad from Jerusalem.

I would say, about everything he does, that it tastes way better than you think it will, despite poring over the recipe.

Oh, and the mejadra from Jerusalem is lovely, and lentilly!!
