Hi foodies
I'm intending on cooking Jamie Oliver's very tasty tuna tartare for DH when he comes back from a work trip next week.
My intention was to do blue cheese potato skins as a starter (to fill up on carbs) and then do tuna tartare with some kind of salad type thing as the main. However I'm stumped on what kind of salad and also if I should serve some kind of cracker with the tartare (and if so what kind of cracker?!)
