I am going to make one of my husbands favourite meals tonight; bacon, chilli, butternut squash and spinach spaghetti, but usually use creme fraiche for the sauce, but have been shopping already and forgot it, but I do have a full tub of the aforementioned fromage frais!!! Can I use it the same way does anyone know?

I swap crème fraiche for soured cream for yogurt for fromage frais...

They're all tangy and creamy.

Fantastic, thanks you too! I'm also dieting, and its much lower in calories and fat, so its win win!!
