what age? Just for child, or shared family meals?

DD1 - 10
DD2 - 5

The meals need to be extra healthy as DD1 is overweight and we are monitoring what she is eating. She lives with her Mum but my DP is very worried about her weight. Mum is very reluctant to take her to the HV and is taking all this as a personal attack on her!

DD1 Step dad has askd us for ideas for meals what we want her to eat.

We need to educate them what is healthy IYKWIM.

Cheers
