Can I cook and then freeze chicken Kievs?

I have defrosted some chicken breasts but out our meal plan has changed so I thought I would cook some chicken Kievs and then freeze them. Will that work?

were the chicken breasts raw before freezing? If so, then yes you could make them into chicken kievs, cook them and then re-freeze them.
