Slit nana down the middle lengthways, still in its skin. Shove in chunks of choc. Wrap in foil. Bake.

What Taffeta said.

Do you have some ice cream to go with it?

I've eaten two fake Magnums today so the answer is 'no'.

What about the microwave?

How long in the oven, it must have been good 5 minutes.

Melt 100g plain choc
Heat 150 mls milk with 2 tbsp of creme fraiche - it will go 'bitty' but don't worry
Mix milk with choc and add 10g butter and 15g sugar and boil for a couple of minutes.

You then have a thick glossy chocolate sauce

Make pancakes, add banana slices to pancake, cover with chocolate sauce and flambé with Cointreau.

Yum Grin
