Any suggestions? I try to give him lots for lunch but he always says He's hungry about 3pm. Normally I give him the following, toast, fruit, chopped veg, cream cheese on toast, yoghurt, and more recently in desperation breakfast cereal. What do you give your children which is quick and easy to prepRe? At nursery he also has mini sandwiches, mini pizza or pancakes.

Peanut butter is a good filler upper - we like peanut butter and bananas on pitta (toasted straight from freezer).

DS1 (3.8) is a big fan of snacks - carrot, celery, red pepper at the good end - and keep meaning to try peanut butter on the celery for him (I think that's what my mum used to snack on).
