How best to cook it please, and for how long?

Was thinking half a bottle if scrumpy in with it, bug unsure of cooking time, and if to do it on high or low.

Advice please.

Go slow, it'll help the meat relax and be a tastier meal after, as it also means the alcohol has time to really marinade. Timing depends on the weight of the meat.

Oops, it's 2.5 kg. I usually just bung it in the oven for several hours on low, no idea with slow cookers and big pieces of meat.
