Apart from chopping up with steak for a pie/ pudding, or making pate .... Any other ideas?

I've not heard of kidneys in pate!

I would make kidney stroganoff - yum. Delia has plenty of kidney recipes.

You can make pate from almost anything :-) kidney stroganoff sounds good, thanks, will give it a go.

I'd make devilled kidneys on toast, or kidney turbigo, or kidney and mushroom kebabs. Kidneys are fantastic, and thankfully not yet bloody 'trendy, so they're still cheap as Smile

Thanks. Yes, they're even cheaper than liver!! Will def try out all these suggestions thank you . Might turn out to have been a useful mistake.
