How do you pimp up your mash?

I absolutely love mash potato. I feel that I shouldn't always mash them and leave the lovely little things looking nice and round and smooth but I can never resist! Just looking for ideas on how to pep it up a bit for more variety, thanks

I put parsnip in mine too.

add apples - bloody awesome!

add grated nutmeg - I always get complimented on it.
my kids call me Queen of Mash!

(DH is King of Roast potatoes - we rule! )
