That's it really. I've kept them in cling film so think they'll be okay but would like to use them tonight. Its something I rarely use so I'm a bit low on ideas

Use them as a pizza base- yummy!!!!!

Brie and cranberry parcels
Spinach and feta parcels
Camembert parcels

Mmmmm, fried stuff with cheeeese.

make a tart with caramelised red onions and some goats cheese. Yum

Lay them one on top of another, spread thinly with creme fraiche, sprinkle with very finely chopped onion and fine bacon lardons. A sort of FlammKuchen.

Or if you've got any mincemeat left spoon it on, layer with thin sliced apples, roll up, brush with butter and bake in a hot oven for about fifteen mins.

Eccles cakes? Sorry don't have a clue if it's even the right stuff for that

Make Nutella parcels! It is the only thing to do really.
