Smoothies - good one to start the day?

To aid my new healthy regime Grin I'm going to get a blender and want an easy and tasty smoothie to kick start my day!

Nothing complicated - but full of goodness!

I love to blend my fruit into a smoothie for breakfast: I only eat the same amount as I would if it were whole fruit so I am not eating too much sugar (I use MyFitnessPal and record all food and have lost 2st).

My fave combos are
*small banana + 4/5 strawberries
*1/2 peeled peach (or tinned peach in juice) + few raspberries
*40g raw baby spinach + 1/3 cucumber
*tinned pineapple in juice + a splash of coconut milk

I add a little chilled water or ice cubes to the blender to make a more liquid drink

Thanks Pink- they sound delicious - apart from spinach and cucumber maybe!!!
