Home made pizza dough can i put in in the fridge ???

Have a bread machine but there are five of us so would like to make it in advance and make a couple of batches. If I put it in the fridge for a few hours unrolled would it go blurrr ?

No, will be fine.
Best thing to do, however, is to put it in the fridge rolled (and brushed with oil and clingfilmed), and then it will go extra crispy when you cook it.
