Cheese sauce with reblochon - ok for baby?

Looking for ways of using leftover cheese and wondered if my 8mo can safely eat cheese sauce made with some reblochon in it?

Also planning a tartiflette for lunch at the weekend. Mmmmmmmm.....

I would wait, as it is an unpasteurised cheese, but I'm probably overcautious. Could you put a little bit in a separate dish before you add the cheese?

If the cheese is being cooked then it is fine as cooking will kill anything dangerous.

If its cooked it will be fine. Can I come for lunch too?
