I made this a few times - very easy, minimum effort - but I went to the website today looking for the recipe and it's not there anymore. I had been planning to make it for friends coming this evening but I cant remember the recipe. I know it involved tinned cherry tomatoes, mascarpone cheese and probably basil. Can anyone help me out? Or tell me something else I can make involving chicken breasts that will require zero effort/minimal shopping as I've so much to do today I really don't have time to cook at all. Can you hear the shrill and panicky tone in my voice???
