8oz plain choc( posh not scotbloc)
8oz unslated butter
4oz sieved icing sugar
5 eggs seperated
1.5 oz cocoa
- Melt buttter an d choc togethter in bowl over hot water
- beat in coca and half of the icing usgar( it goes glossy)
- cool for5 mins - do not lick it - then add egg yolks stirring
- whisk egg whites till firm
- add reminaing choc mixture
pur o into remekins ( arf) or a foil lined loaf tin
cover
place in freezer
irts liek a sliceable dense fudgey choc mousse
