Can I part bake a roasted vegetable puff pastry tart?

I am trying to be organised. I have stupidly offered to provide Christmas tea at MILs house tomorrow and there are lots of vegetarians. I am making a roasted vegetable tart by chucking some pesto and roasted vegetables onto a bit of puff pastry but DH is now stressing about me having everything day in advance.

Can I cook this in advance and then reheat or will it burn when I try to reheat it?

If I made it up now but didnt cook it would the pastry go soggy from the pesto?

I wouldn't put the pesto and veg on now and leave it, I think that may well make the pastry soggy.

I think you'd be ok cooking and then reheating tomorrow but I think I'd prepare the veg, have everything ready to put on tomorrow and just cook tomorrow.
